Deuteronomy Chapter 22

¹You shall not see your brother's ox or his sheep go astray, and hide yourself from them: you shall surely bring them again to your brother.

²If your brother isn't near to you, or if you don't know him, then you shall bring it home to your house, and it shall be with you until your brother seek after it, and you shall restore it to him.

³So you shall do with his donkey; and so you shall do with his garment; and so you shall do with every lost thing of your brother's, which he has lost, and you have found: you may not hide yourself.

⁴You shall not see your brother's donkey or his ox fallen down on the road, and hide yourself from them: you shall surely help him to lift them up again.

⁵A woman shall not wear men's clothing, neither shall a man put on women's clothing; for whoever does these things is an abomination to ForeverOne your God.

⁶If a bird's nest chance to be before you in the way, in any tree or on the ground, with young ones or eggs, and the hen sitting on the young, or on the eggs, you shall not take the hen with the young: ⁷you shall surely let the hen go, but the young you may take to yourself; that it may be well with you, and that you may prolong your days.

⁸When you build a new house, then you shall make a battlement for your roof, that you don't bring blood on your house, if any man fall from there.

⁹You shall not sow your vineyard with two kinds of seed, lest the whole fruit be forfeited, the seed which you have sown, and the increase of the vineyard.

¹⁰You shall not plow with an ox and a donkey together.

¹¹You shall not wear a mixed stuff, wool and linen together.

¹²You shall make yourselves fringes on the four borders of your cloak, with which you cover yourself.

¹³If any man takes a wife, and goes in to her, and hates her, ¹⁴and accuses her of shameful things, and brings up an evil name on her, and says, "I took this woman, and when I came near to her, I didn't find in her the tokens of virginity;" ¹⁵then shall the father of the young lady, and her mother, take and produce the tokens of the young lady's virginity to the elders of the city in the gate; ¹⁶and the young lady's father shall tell the elders, "I gave my daughter to this man to wife, and he hates her; ¹⁷and behold, he has accused her of shameful things, saying, 'I didn't find in your daughter the tokens of virginity;' and yet these are the tokens of my daughter's virginity." They shall spread the cloth before the elders of the city.

Obadiah

¹The vision of Obadiah. This is what LordOfMine ForeverOne says about Edom. We have heard news from ForeverOne, and an ambassador is sent among the nations, saying, "Arise, and let's rise up against her in battle.

²Behold, I have made you small among the nations. You are greatly despised.

³The pride of your heart has deceived you, you who dwell in the clefts of the rock, whose habitation is high, who says in his heart, 'Who will bring me down to the ground?' ⁴Though you mount on high as the eagle, and though your nest is set among the stars, I will bring you down from there," says ForeverOne.

⁵"If thieves came to you, if robbers by night - oh, what disaster awaits you - wouldn't they only steal until they had enough? If grape pickers came to you, wouldn't they leave some gleaning grapes?

⁶How Esau will be ransacked! How his hidden treasures are sought out!

⁷All the men of your alliance have brought you on your way, even to the border. The men who were at peace with you have deceived you, and prevailed against you. Friends who eat your bread lay a snare under you. There is no understanding in him." ⁸"Won't I in that day," says ForeverOne, "destroy the wise men out of Edom, and understanding out of the mountain of Esau?

⁹Your mighty men, Teman, will be dismayed, to the end that everyone may be cut off from the mountain of Esau by slaughter.

¹⁰For the violence done to your brother Jacob, shame will cover you, and you will be cut off forever.

¹¹In the day that you stood on the other side, in the day that strangers carried away his substance, and foreigners entered into his gates, and cast lots for Jerusalem, even you were like one of them.

¹²But don't look down on your brother in the day of his disaster, and don't rejoice over the children of Judah in the day of their destruction. Don't speak proudly in the day of distress.

¹³Don't enter into the gate of my people in the day of their calamity. Don't look down on their affliction in the day of their calamity, neither seize their wealth on the day of their calamity.

¹⁴Don't stand in the crossroads to cut off those of his who escape. Don't deliver up those of his who remain in the day of distress.

¹⁵For the day of ForeverOne is near all the nations! As you have done, it will be done to you. Your deeds will return upon your own head.

¹⁶For as you have drunk on my holy mountain, so will all the nations drink continually. Yes, they will drink, swallow down, and will be as though they had not been.

¹⁷But in Mount Zion, there will be those who escape, and it will be holy. The house of Jacob will possess their possessions.

¹⁸The house of Jacob will be a fire, the house of Joseph a flame, and the house of Esau for stubble. They will burn among them, and devour them. There will not be any remaining to the house of Esau." Indeed, ForeverOne has spoken.

¹⁹Those of the South will possess the mountain of Esau, and those of the lowland, the Philistines. They will possess the field of Ephraim, and the field of Samaria. Benjamin will possess Gilead.

²⁰The captives of this army of the children of Israel, who are among the Canaanites, will possess even to Zarephath; and the captives of Jerusalem, who are in Sepharad, will possess the cities of the Negev.

²¹Saviors will go up on Mount Zion to judge the mountains of Esau, and the kingdom will be ForeverOne's.

Lamentations Chapter 4

¹How is the gold become dim! [how] is the most pure gold changed! The stones of the sanctuary are poured out at the head of every street.

²The precious sons of Zion, comparable to fine gold, How are they esteemed as earthen pitchers, the work of the hands of the potter!

³Even the jackals draw out the breast, they nurse their young ones: The daughter of my people has become cruel, like the ostriches in the wilderness.

⁴The tongue of the nursing child clings to the roof of his mouth for thirst: The young children ask bread, and no man breaks it to them.

⁵Those who ate delicacies are desolate in the streets. Those who were brought up in scarlet embrace dunghills.

⁶For the iniquity of the daughter of my people is greater than the sin of Sodom, That was overthrown as in a moment, and no hands were laid on her.

⁷Her nobles were purer than snow, they were whiter than milk; They were more ruddy in body than rubies, their polishing was as of sapphire.

⁸Their appearance is blacker than a coal; they are not known in the streets: Their skin clings to their bones; it is withered, it is become like a stick.

⁹Those who are killed with the sword are better than those who are killed with hunger; For these pine away, stricken through, for want of the fruits of the field.

¹⁰The hands of the pitiful women have boiled their own children; They were their food in the destruction of the daughter of my people.

¹¹ForeverOne has accomplished his wrath, he has poured out his fierce anger; He has kindled a fire in Zion, which has devoured its foundations.

¹²The kings of the earth didn't believe, neither all the inhabitants of the world, That the adversary and the enemy would enter into the gates of Jerusalem.

¹³[It is] because of the sins of her prophets, [and] the iniquities of her priests, That have shed the blood of the just in the midst of her.

¹⁴They wander as blind men in the streets, they are polluted with blood, So that men can't touch their garments.

¹⁵Depart! they cried to them, Unclean! depart, depart, don't touch! When they fled away and wandered, men said among the nations, They shall no more live [here].

¹⁶The anger of ForeverOne has scattered them; he will no more regard them: They didn't respect the persons of the priests, they didn't favor the elders.

¹⁷Our eyes do yet fail [in looking] for our vain help: In our watching we have watched for a nation that could not save.

Jude

¹Jude, a servant of Jesus AnointedOne, and brother of James, to those who are called loved, sanctified by God the Father, and kept for Jesus AnointedOne: ²May mercy, peace and love be multiplied to you.

³Dear-ones, while I was very eager to write to you about our common salvation, I was constrained to write to you exhorting you to contend earnestly for the faith which was once for all delivered to the saints.

⁴For there are certain men who crept in secretly, even those who were long ago written about for this condemnation: ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into indecency, and denying our only Master, God, and Lord, Jesus AnointedOne.

⁵Now I desire to remind you, though you already know this, that ForeverOne, having saved a people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed those who didn't believe.

⁶Angels who didn't keep their first domain, but deserted their own dwelling place, he has kept in everlasting bonds under darkness for the judgment of the great day.

⁷Even as Sodom and Gomorrah and the cities around them, having in the same way as these given themselves over to sexual immorality and gone after strange flesh, are shown as an example, suffering the punishment of eternal fire.

⁸Yet in the same way, these also in their dreaming defile the flesh, despise authority, and slander celestial beings.

⁹But Michael, the archangel, when contending with the devil and arguing about the body of Moses, dared not bring against him an abusive condemnation, but said, "May ForeverOne rebuke you!" ¹⁰But these speak evil of whatever things they don't know. They are destroyed in these things that they understand naturally, like creatures without reason.

¹¹Woe to them! For they went in the way of Cain, and ran riotously in the error of Balaam for hire, and perished in Korah's rebellion.

¹²These are hidden rocky reefs in your love feasts when they feast with you, shepherds who without fear feed themselves; clouds without water, carried along by winds; autumn trees without fruit, twice dead, plucked up by the roots; ¹³wild waves of the sea, foaming out their own shame; wandering stars, for whom the blackness of darkness has been reserved forever.
