Deuteronomy Chapter 1

³⁴ForeverOne heard the voice of your words, and was angry, and swore, saying, ³⁵"Surely not one of these men of this evil generation shall see the good land, which I swore to give to your fathers, ³⁶except Caleb the son of Jephunneh: he shall see it; and to him will I give the land that he has trodden on, and to his children, because he has wholly followed ForeverOne." ³⁷Also ForeverOne was angry with me for your sakes, saying, "You also shall not go in there: ³⁸Joshua the son of Nun, who stands before you, he shall go in there: encourage you him; for he shall cause Israel to inherit it.

³⁹Moreover your little ones, whom you said should be a prey, and your children, who today have no knowledge of good or evil, they shall go in there, and to them will I give it, and they shall possess it.

⁴⁰But as for you, turn, and take your journey into the wilderness by the road to the Red Sea." ⁴¹Then you answered and said to me, "We have sinned against ForeverOne, we will go up and fight, according to all that ForeverOne our God commanded us." Every man of you put on his weapons of war, and presumed to go up into the hill country.

⁴²ForeverOne said to me, "Tell them, 'Don't go up, neither fight; for I am not among you; lest you be struck before your enemies.'" ⁴³So I spoke to you, and you didn't listen; but you rebelled against the commandment of ForeverOne, and were presumptuous, and went up into the hill country.

⁴⁴The Amorites, who lived in that hill country, came out against you, and pursued you, as bees do, and beat you down in Seir, even to Hormah.

⁴⁵You returned and wept before ForeverOne; but ForeverOne didn't listen to your voice, nor gave ear to you.

⁴⁶So you stayed in Kadesh many days, according to the days that you stayed [there].

Deuteronomy Chapter 2

¹Then we turned, and took our journey into the wilderness by the road to the Red Sea, as ForeverOne spoke to me; and we encircled Mount Seir many days.

²ForeverOne spoke to me, saying, ³"You have encircled this mountain long enough. Turn northward.

⁴Command the people, saying, 'You are to pass through the border of your brothers the children of Esau, who dwell in Seir; and they will be afraid of you: take good heed to yourselves therefore; ⁵don't contend with them; for I will not give you of their land, no, not so much as for the sole of the foot to tread on; because I have given Mount Seir to Esau for a possession.

Ezekiel Chapter 30

¹³Thus says LordOfMine ForeverOne: I will also destroy the idols, and I will cause the images to cease from Memphis; and there shall be no more a prince from the land of Egypt: and I will put a fear in the land of Egypt.

¹⁴I will make Pathros desolate, and will set a fire in Zoan, and will execute judgments on No.

¹⁵I will pour my wrath on Sin, the stronghold of Egypt; and I will cut off the multitude of No.

¹⁶I will set a fire in Egypt: Sin shall be in great anguish, and No shall be broken up; and Memphis [shall have] adversaries in the daytime.

¹⁷The young men of Aven and of Pibeseth shall fall by the sword; and these [cities] shall go into captivity.

¹⁸At Tehaphnehes also the day shall withdraw itself, when I shall break there the yokes of Egypt, and the pride of her power shall cease in her: as for her, a cloud shall cover her, and her daughters shall go into captivity.

¹⁹Thus will I execute judgments on Egypt; and they shall know that I am ForeverOne.

²⁰In the eleventh year, in the first [month], in the seventh [day] of the month, the word of ForeverOne came to me, saying, ²¹Son of man, I have broken the arm of Pharaoh king of Egypt; and behold, it has not been bound up, to apply [healing] medicines, to put a bandage to bind it, that it be strong to hold the sword.

²²Therefore thus says LordOfMine ForeverOne: Behold, I am against Pharaoh king of Egypt, and will break his arms, the strong [arm], and what was broken; and I will cause the sword to fall out of his hand.

²³I will scatter the Egyptians among the nations, and will disperse them through the countries.

²⁴I will strengthen the arms of the king of Babylon, and put my sword in his hand: but I will break the arms of Pharaoh, and he shall groan before him with the groanings of a deadly wounded man.

²⁵I will hold up the arms of the king of Babylon; and the arms of Pharaoh shall fall down; and they shall know that I am ForeverOne, when I shall put my sword into the hand of the king of Babylon, and he shall stretch it out on the land of Egypt.

²⁶I will scatter the Egyptians among the nations, and disperse them through the countries; and they shall know that I am ForeverOne.

Ezekiel Chapter 31

¹In the eleventh year, in the third [month], in the first [day] of the month, the word of ForeverOne came to me, saying, ²Son of man, tell Pharaoh king of Egypt, and to his multitude: Whom are you like in your greatness?

³Behold, the Assyrian was a cedar in Lebanon with beautiful branches, and with a forest-like shade, and of high stature; and its top was among the thick boughs.

⁴The waters nourished it, the deep made it to grow: its rivers ran all around its plantation; and it sent out its channels to all the trees of the field.

⁵Therefore its stature was exalted above all the trees of the field; and its boughs were multiplied, and its branches became long by reason of many waters, when it shot [them] forth.

⁶All the birds of the sky made their nests in its boughs; and under its branches all the animals of the field produced their young; and under its shadow lived all great nations.

⁷Thus was it beautiful in its greatness, in the length of its branches; for its root was by many waters.

⁸The cedars in the garden of God could not hide it; the fir trees were not like its boughs, and the plane trees were not as its branches; nor was any tree in the garden of God like it in its beauty.

⁹I made it beautiful by the multitude of its branches, so that all the trees of Eden, that were in the garden of God, envied it.

¹⁰Therefore thus said LordOfMine ForeverOne: Because you are exalted in stature, and he has set his top among the thick boughs, and his heart is lifted up in his height; ¹¹I will even deliver him into the hand of the mighty-one of the nations; he shall surely deal with him; I have driven him out for his wickedness.

¹²Strangers, the terrible of the nations, have cut him off, and have left him: on the mountains and in all the valleys his branches are fallen, and his boughs are broken by all the watercourses of the land; and all the peoples of the earth are gone down from his shadow, and have left him.

¹³On his ruin all the birds of the sky shall dwell, and all the animals of the field shall be on his branches; ¹⁴to the end that none of all the trees by the waters exalt themselves in their stature, neither set their top among the thick boughs, nor that their mighty ones stand up on their height, [even] all who drink water: for they are all delivered to death, to the lower parts of the earth, in the midst of the children of men, with those who go down to the pit.

Proverbs Chapter 17

⁶Children's children are the crown of old men; the glory of children are their parents.

⁷Arrogant speech isn't fitting for a fool, much less do lying lips fit a prince.

⁸A bribe is a precious stone in the eyes of him who gives it; wherever he turns, he prospers.

⁹He who covers an offense promotes love; but he who repeats a matter separates best friends.

¹⁰A rebuke enters deeper into one who has understanding than a hundred lashes into a fool.

¹¹An evil man seeks only rebellion; therefore a cruel messenger shall be sent against him.

¹²Let a bear robbed of her cubs meet a man, rather than a fool in his folly.

¹³Whoever rewards evil for good, evil shall not depart from his house.

¹⁴The beginning of strife is like breaching a dam, therefore stop contention before quarreling breaks out.

¹⁵He who justifies the wicked, and he who condemns the righteous, both of them alike are an abomination to ForeverOne.

¹⁶Why is there money in the hand of a fool to buy wisdom, since he has no understanding?

¹⁷A friend loves at all times; and a brother is born for adversity.

¹⁸A man void of understanding strikes hands, and becomes collateral in the presence of his neighbor.

¹⁹He who loves disobedience loves strife. One who builds a high gate seeks destruction.

²⁰One who has a perverse heart doesn't find prosperity, and one who has a deceitful tongue falls into trouble.

²¹He who becomes the father of a fool grieves. The father of a fool has no joy.

²²A cheerful heart makes good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones.

²³A wicked man receives a bribe in secret, to pervert the ways of justice.

²⁴Wisdom is before the face of one who has understanding, but the eyes of a fool wander to the ends of the earth.

²⁵A foolish son brings grief to his father, and bitterness to her who bore him.

²⁶Also to punish the righteous is not good, nor to flog officials for their integrity.

²⁷He who spares his words has knowledge. He who is even tempered is a man of understanding.

²⁸Even a fool, when he keeps silent, is counted wise. When he shuts his lips, he is thought to be discerning.

Proverbs Chapter 18

¹An unfriendly man pursues selfishness, and defies all sound judgment.

²A fool has no delight in understanding, but only in revealing his own opinion.

³When wickedness comes, contempt also comes, and with shame comes disgrace.

⁴The words of a man's mouth are like deep waters. The fountain of wisdom is like a flowing brook.

⁵To be partial to the faces of the wicked is not good, nor to deprive the innocent of justice.

2 Timothy Chapter 4

¹I command you therefore before God and the Lord Jesus AnointedOne, who will judge the living and the dead at his appearing and his Kingdom: ²preach the word; be urgent in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, and exhort with all patience and teaching.

³For the time will come when they will not listen to the sound doctrine, but, having itching ears, will heap up for themselves teachers after their own lusts; ⁴and will turn away their ears from the truth, and turn away to fables.

⁵But you be sober in all things, suffer hardship, do the work of an evangelist, and fulfill your ministry.

⁶For I am already being offered, and the time of my departure has come.

⁷I have fought the good fight. I have finished the course. I have kept the faith.

⁸From now on, the crown of righteousness is stored up for me, which the Lord, the righteous judge, will give to me on that day; and not to me only, but also to all those who have loved his appearing.

⁹Be diligent to come to me soon, ¹⁰for Demas left me, having loved this present world, and went to Thessalonica; Crescens to Galatia, and Titus to Dalmatia.

¹¹Only Luke is with me. Take Mark, and bring him with you, for he is useful to me for service.

¹²But I sent Tychicus to Ephesus.

¹³Bring the cloak that I left at Troas with Carpus when you come, and the books, especially the parchments.

¹⁴Alexander, the coppersmith, did much evil to me. The Lord will repay him according to his actions, ¹⁵of whom you also must beware; for he greatly opposed our words.

¹⁶At my first defense, no one came to help me, but all left me. May it not be held against them.

¹⁷But the Lord stood by me and strengthened me, that through me the message might be fully proclaimed, and that all the Gentiles might hear. So I was delivered out of the mouth of the lion.

¹⁸And the Lord will deliver me from every evil work, and will preserve me for his heavenly Kingdom. To him be the glory forever and ever. Amen.

¹⁹Greet Prisca and Aquila, and the house of Onesiphorus.

²⁰Erastus remained at Corinth, but I left Trophimus at Miletus sick.

²¹Be diligent to come before winter. Eubulus salutes you, as do Pudens, Linus, Claudia, and all the brothers.

²²The Lord Jesus AnointedOne be with your spirit. Grace be with you. Amen.
