Numbers Chapter 7

⁷⁸On the twelfth day Ahira the son of Enan, prince of the children of Naphtali ⁷⁹gave his offering: one silver platter, the weight of which was one hundred thirty shekels, one silver bowl of seventy shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary; both of them full of fine flour mixed with oil for a meal offering; ⁸⁰one golden spoon of ten shekels, full of incense; ⁸¹one young bull, one ram, one male lamb a year old, for a burnt offering; ⁸²one male goat for a sin offering; ⁸³and for the sacrifice of peace offerings, two head of cattle, five rams, five male goats, and five male lambs a year old. This was the offering of Ahira the son of Enan.

⁸⁴This was the dedication of the altar, on the day when it was anointed, by the princes of Israel: twelve silver platters, twelve silver bowls, twelve golden ladles; ⁸⁵each silver platter weighing one hundred thirty shekels, and each bowl seventy; all the silver of the vessels two thousand four hundred shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary; ⁸⁶the twelve golden ladles, full of incense, weighing ten shekels apiece, after the shekel of the sanctuary; all the gold of the ladles weighed one hundred twenty shekels; ⁸⁷all the cattle for the burnt offering twelve bulls, the rams twelve, the male lambs a year old twelve, and their meal offering; and the male goats for a sin offering twelve; ⁸⁸and all the cattle for the sacrifice of peace offerings twenty-four bulls, the rams sixty, the male goats sixty, the male lambs a year old sixty. This was the dedication of the altar, after it was anointed.

⁸⁹When Moses went into the Tent of Meeting to speak with ForeverOne, he heard his voice speaking to him from above the mercy seat that was on the ark of the Testimony, from between the two cherubim: and he spoke to him.

Numbers Chapter 8

¹ForeverOne spoke to Moses, saying, ²"Speak to Aaron, and tell him, 'When you light the lamps, the seven lamps shall give light in front of the lampstand.'" ³Aaron did so. He lit its lamps to light the area in front of the lampstand, as ForeverOne commanded Moses.

⁴This was the workmanship of the lampstand, beaten work of gold. From its base to its flowers, it was beaten work: according to the pattern which ForeverOne had shown Moses, so he made the lampstand.

Jeremiah Chapter 23

³³When this people, or the prophet, or a priest, shall ask you, saying, What is the burden of ForeverOne? Then you shall tell them, What burden! I will reject you, says ForeverOne.

³⁴As for the prophet, and the priest, and the people, who shall say, The burden of ForeverOne, I will even punish that man and his house.

³⁵You shall say everyone to his neighbor, and everyone to his brother, What has ForeverOne answered? and, What has ForeverOne spoken?

³⁶You shall mention the burden of ForeverOne no more: for every man's own word shall be his burden; for you have perverted the words of the living God, of ForeverOne of Armies our God.

³⁷You shall say to the prophet, What has ForeverOne answered you? and, What has ForeverOne spoken?

³⁸But if you say, The burden of ForeverOne; therefore thus says ForeverOne: Because you say this word, The burden of ForeverOne, and I have sent to you, saying, You shall not say, The burden of ForeverOne; ³⁹therefore, behold, I will utterly forget you, and I will reject you, and the city that I gave to you and to your fathers, away from my presence: ⁴⁰and I will bring an everlasting reproach on you, and a perpetual shame, which shall not be forgotten.

Jeremiah Chapter 24

¹ForeverOne showed me, and behold, two baskets of figs set before the temple of ForeverOne, after that Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon had carried away captive Jeconiah the son of Jehoiakim, king of Judah, and the princes of Judah, with the craftsmen and smiths, from Jerusalem, and had brought them to Babylon.

²One basket had very good figs, like the figs that are first-ripe; and the other basket had very bad figs, which could not be eaten, they were so bad.

³Then ForeverOne said to me, What do you see, Jeremiah? I said, Figs; the good figs, very good; and the bad, very bad, that can't be eaten, they are so bad.

⁴The word of ForeverOne came to me, saying, ⁵Thus says ForeverOne, the God of Israel: Like these good figs, so will I regard the captives of Judah, whom I have sent out of this place into the land of the Chaldeans, for good.

⁶For I will set my eyes on them for good, and I will bring them again to this land: and I will build them, and not pull them down; and I will plant them, and not pluck them up.

⁷I will give them a heart to know me, that I am ForeverOne: and they shall be my people, and I will be their God; for they shall return to me with their whole heart.

⁸As the bad figs, which can't be eaten, they are so bad, surely thus says ForeverOne, So will I give up Zedekiah the king of Judah, and his princes, and the residue of Jerusalem, who remain in this land, and those who dwell in the land of Egypt, ⁹I will even give them up to be tossed back and forth among all the kingdoms of the earth for evil; to be a reproach and a proverb, a taunt and a curse, in all places where I shall drive them.

¹⁰I will send the sword, the famine, and the pestilence, among them, until they be consumed from off the land that I gave to them and to their fathers.

Jeremiah Chapter 25

¹The word that came to Jeremiah concerning all the people of Judah, in the fourth year of Jehoiakim the son of Josiah, king of Judah (which was the first year of Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon), ²which Jeremiah the prophet spoke to all the people of Judah, and to all the inhabitants of Jerusalem, saying: ³From the thirteenth year of Josiah the son of Amon, king of Judah, even to this day, these twenty-three years, the word of ForeverOne has come to me, and I have spoken to you, rising up early and speaking; but you have not listened.

⁴ForeverOne has sent to you all his servants the prophets, rising up early and sending them (but you have not listened, nor inclined your ear to hear) ⁵saying, Return now everyone from his evil way, and from the evil of your doings, and dwell in the land that ForeverOne has given to you and to your fathers, from of old and even forevermore; ⁶and don't go after other gods to serve them or worship them, and don't provoke me to anger with the work of your hands; and I will do you no harm.

⁷Yet you have not listened to me, says ForeverOne; that you may provoke me to anger with the work of your hands to your own hurt.

Psalm 78

³⁶But they flattered him with their mouth, and lied to him with their tongue.

³⁷For their heart was not right with him, neither were they faithful in his covenant.

³⁸But he, being merciful, forgave iniquity, and didn't destroy them. Yes, many times he turned his anger away, and didn't stir up all his wrath.

³⁹He remembered that they were but flesh, a wind that passes away, and doesn't return.

⁴⁰How often they rebelled against him in the wilderness, and grieved him in the desert!

⁴¹They turned again and tempted God, and provoked the Holy One of Israel.

⁴²They didn't remember his hand, nor the day when he redeemed them from the adversary; ⁴³how he set his signs in Egypt, his wonders in the field of Zoan, ⁴⁴he turned their rivers into blood, and their streams, so that they could not drink.

⁴⁵He sent among them swarms of flies, which devoured them; and frogs, which destroyed them.

⁴⁶He gave also their increase to the caterpillar, and their labor to the locust.

⁴⁷He destroyed their vines with hail, their sycamore fig trees with frost.

⁴⁸He gave over their livestock also to the hail, and their flocks to hot thunderbolts.

⁴⁹He threw on them the fierceness of his anger, wrath, indignation, and trouble, and a band of angels of evil.

⁵⁰He made a path for his anger. He didn't spare their soul from death, but gave their life over to the pestilence, ⁵¹and struck all the firstborn in Egypt, the chief of their strength in the tents of Ham.

⁵²But he led out his own people like sheep, and guided them in the wilderness like a flock.

⁵³He led them safely, so that they weren't afraid, but the sea overwhelmed their enemies.

⁵⁴He brought them to the border of his sanctuary, to this mountain, which his right hand had taken.

⁵⁵He also drove out the nations before them, allotted them for an inheritance by line, and made the tribes of Israel to dwell in their tents.

⁵⁶Yet they tempted and rebelled against the Most High God, and didn't keep his testimonies; ⁵⁷but turned back, and dealt treacherously like their fathers. They were turned aside like a deceitful bow.

⁵⁸For they provoked him to anger with their high places, and moved him to jealousy with their engraved images.

⁵⁹When God heard this, he was angry, and greatly abhorred Israel; ⁶⁰So that he forsook the tent of Shiloh, the tent which he placed among men; ⁶¹and delivered his strength into captivity, his glory into the adversary's hand.

⁶²He also gave his people over to the sword, and was angry with his inheritance.

⁶³Fire devoured their young men. Their virgins had no wedding song.

⁶⁴Their priests fell by the sword, and their widows couldn't weep.

⁶⁵Then LordOfMine awakened as one out of sleep, like a mighty man who shouts by reason of wine.

⁶⁶He struck his adversaries backward. He put them to a perpetual reproach.

⁶⁷Moreover he rejected the tent of Joseph, and didn't choose the tribe of Ephraim, ⁶⁸But chose the tribe of Judah, Mount Zion which he loved.

⁶⁹He built his sanctuary like the heights, like the earth which he has established forever.

⁷⁰He also chose David his servant, and took him from the sheepfolds; ⁷¹from following the ewes that have their young, he brought him to be the shepherd of Jacob, his people, and Israel, his inheritance.

⁷²So he was their shepherd according to the integrity of his heart, and guided them by the skillfulness of his hands.

1 Corinthians Chapter 4

¹So let a man think of us as the AnointedOne's servants, and stewards of God's mysteries.

²Here, moreover, it is required of stewards that they be found faithful.

³But with me it is a very small thing that I should be judged by you, or by man's judgment. Yes, I don't judge my own self.

⁴For I know nothing against myself. Yet I am not justified by this, but he who judges me is the Lord.

⁵So judge nothing before the time, until the Lord comes, who will both bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and reveal the counsels of the hearts. Then each man will get his praise from God.

⁶Now these things, brothers, I have in a figure transferred to myself and Apollos for your sakes, that in us you might learn not to think beyond the things which are written, that none of you be puffed up against one another.

⁷For who makes you different? And what do you have that you didn't receive? But if you did receive it, why do you boast as if you had not received it?

⁸You are already filled. You have already become rich. You have come to reign without us. Yes, and I wish that you did reign, that we also might reign with you.

⁹For I think that God has displayed us, the apostles, last of all, like men sentenced to death. For we are made a spectacle to the world, both to angels and men.

¹⁰We are fools for the AnointedOne's sake, but you are wise in the AnointedOne. We are weak, but you are strong. You have honor, but we have dishonor.

¹¹Even to this present hour we hunger, thirst, are naked, are beaten, and have no certain dwelling place.

¹²We toil, working with our own hands. When people curse us, we bless. Being persecuted, we endure.

¹³Being defamed, we entreat. We are made as the filth of the world, the dirt wiped off by all, even until now.

¹⁴I don't write these things to shame you, but to admonish you as my dear children.

¹⁵For though you have ten thousand tutors in the AnointedOne, you don't have many fathers. For in AnointedOne Jesus, I became your father through the Good News.

¹⁶So, I beg you, be imitators of me.

¹⁷Because of this I have sent Timothy to you, who is my dear and faithful child in the Lord, who will remind you of my ways which are in the AnointedOne, even as I teach everywhere in every assembly.

¹⁸Now some are puffed up, as though I were not coming to you.

¹⁹But I will come to you shortly, if the Lord is willing. And I will know, not the word of those who are puffed up, but the power.

²⁰For God's Kingdom is not in word, but in power.

²¹What do you want? Shall I come to you with a rod, or in love and a spirit of gentleness?
