Deuteronomy Chapter 31

¹⁴ForeverOne said to Moses, "Behold, your days approach that you must die: call Joshua, and present yourselves in the Tent of Meeting, that I may commission him." Moses and Joshua went, and presented themselves in the Tent of Meeting.

¹⁵ForeverOne appeared in the Tent in a pillar of cloud: and the pillar of cloud stood over the door of the Tent.

¹⁶ForeverOne said to Moses, "Behold, you shall sleep with your fathers; and this people will rise up, and play the prostitute after the strange gods of the land, where they go to be among them, and will forsake me, and break my covenant which I have made with them.

¹⁷Then my anger shall be kindled against them in that day, and I will forsake them, and I will hide my face from them, and they shall be devoured, and many evils and troubles shall come on them; so that they will say in that day, 'Haven't these evils come on us because our God is not among us?' ¹⁸I will surely hide my face in that day for all the evil which they shall have worked, in that they are turned to other gods.

¹⁹"Now therefore write this song for yourselves, and teach it to the children of Israel: put it in their mouths, that this song may be a witness for me against the children of Israel.

²⁰For when I shall have brought them into the land which I swore to their fathers, flowing with milk and honey, and they shall have eaten and filled themselves, and grown fat; then will they turn to other gods, and serve them, and despise me, and break my covenant.

²¹When many evils and troubles have come on them, this song shall testify before them as a witness; for it shall not be forgotten out of the mouths of their offspring: for I know their imagination which they frame today, before I have brought them into the land which I swore." ²²So Moses wrote this song the same day, and taught it the children of Israel.

²³He commissioned Joshua the son of Nun, and said, "Be strong and courageous; for you shall bring the children of Israel into the land which I swore to them: and I will be with you."

Zechariah Chapter 7

¹In the fourth year of king Darius the word of ForeverOne came to Zechariah in the fourth day of the ninth month, the month of Chislev.

²The people of Bethel sent Sharezer and Regem Melech, and their men, to entreat ForeverOne's favor, ³and to speak to the priests of the house of ForeverOne of Armies, and to the prophets, saying, "Should I weep in the fifth month, separating myself, as I have done these so many years?" ⁴Then the word of ForeverOne of Armies came to me, saying, ⁵"Speak to all the people of the land, and to the priests, saying, 'When you fasted and mourned in the fifth and seventh months for these seventy years, did you fast to me at all, really to me?

⁶When you eat, and when you drink, don't you eat for yourselves, and drink for yourselves?

⁷Aren't these the words which ForeverOne proclaimed by the former prophets, when Jerusalem was inhabited and in prosperity, and its cities around her, and the South and the lowland were inhabited?'" ⁸The word of ForeverOne came to Zechariah, saying, ⁹"Thus has ForeverOne of Armies spoken, saying, 'Execute true judgment, and show kindness and compassion every man to his brother.

¹⁰Don't oppress the widow, nor the fatherless, the foreigner, nor the poor; and let none of you devise evil against his brother in your heart.' ¹¹But they refused to listen, and turned their backs, and stopped their ears, that they might not hear.

¹²Yes, they made their hearts as hard as flint, lest they might hear the law, and the words which ForeverOne of Armies had sent by his Spirit by the former prophets. Therefore great wrath came from ForeverOne of Armies.

¹³As he called, and they refused to listen, so they will call, and I will not listen," said ForeverOne of Armies; ¹⁴"but I will scatter them with a whirlwind among all the nations which they have not known. Thus the land was desolate after them, so that no man passed through nor returned: for they made the pleasant land desolate."

Zechariah Chapter 8

Daniel Chapter 8

²³In the latter time of their kingdom, when the transgressors have come to the full, a king of fierce face, and understanding dark sentences, shall stand up.

²⁴His power shall be mighty, but not by his own power; and he shall destroy wonderfully, and shall prosper and do [his pleasure]; and he shall destroy the mighty ones and the holy people.

²⁵Through his policy he shall cause craft to prosper in his hand; and he shall magnify himself in his heart, and in [their] security he will destroy many: he shall also stand up against the prince of princes; but he shall be broken without hand.

²⁶The vision of the evenings and mornings which has been told is true: but seal up the vision; for it belongs to many days [to come].

²⁷I, Daniel, fainted, and was sick certain days; then I rose up, and did the king's business: and I wondered at the vision, but none understood it.

Daniel Chapter 9

¹In the first year of Darius the son of Ahasuerus, of the offspring of the Medes, who was made king over the realm of the Chaldeans, ²in the first year of his reign I, Daniel, understood by the books the number of the years about which the word of ForeverOne came to Jeremiah the prophet, for the accomplishing of the desolations of Jerusalem, even seventy years.

³I set my face to LordOfMine God, to seek by prayer and petitions, with fasting and sackcloth and ashes.

⁴I prayed to ForeverOne my God, and made confession, and said, Oh, LordOfMine, the great and dreadful God, who keeps covenant and loving kindness with those who love him and keep his commandments, ⁵we have sinned, and have dealt perversely, and have done wickedly, and have rebelled, even turning aside from your precepts and from your ordinances; ⁶neither have we listened to your servants the prophets, who spoke in your name to our kings, our princes, and our fathers, and to all the people of the land.

⁷LordOfMine, righteousness belongs to you, but to us confusion of face, as it is today; to the men of Judah, and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem, and to all Israel, who are near, and who are far off, through all the countries where you have driven them, because of their trespass that they have trespassed against you.

⁸LordOfMine, to us belongs confusion of face, to our kings, to our princes, and to our fathers, because we have sinned against you.

⁹To LordOfMine our God belong mercies and forgiveness; for we have rebelled against him; ¹⁰neither have we obeyed the voice of ForeverOne our God, to walk in his laws, which he set before us by his servants the prophets.

¹¹Yes, all Israel have transgressed your law, turning aside, that they should not obey your voice: therefore the curse and the oath written in the law of Moses the servant of God has been poured out on us; for we have sinned against him.

Revelation Chapter 17

¹One of the seven angels who had the seven bowls came and spoke with me, saying, "Come here. I will show you the judgment of the great prostitute who sits on many waters, ²with whom the kings of the earth committed sexual immorality. Those who dwell in the earth were made drunken with the wine of her sexual immorality." ³He carried me away in the Spirit into a wilderness. I saw a woman sitting on a scarlet-colored beast, full of blasphemous names, having seven heads and ten horns.

⁴The woman was dressed in purple and scarlet, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having in her hand a golden cup full of abominations and the impurities of the sexual immorality of the earth.

⁵And on her forehead a name was written, "MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF THE PROSTITUTES AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH." ⁶I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus. When I saw her, I wondered with great amazement.

⁷The angel said to me, "Why do you wonder? I will tell you the mystery of the woman, and of the beast that carries her, which has the seven heads and the ten horns.

⁸The beast that you saw was, and is not; and is about to come up out of the abyss and to go into destruction. Those who dwell on the earth and whose names have not been written in the book of life from the foundation of the world will marvel when they see that the beast was, and is not, and shall be present.

⁹Here is the mind that has wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sits.

¹⁰They are seven kings. Five have fallen, the one is, the other has not yet come. When he comes, he must continue a little while.

¹¹The beast that was, and is not, is himself also an eighth, and is of the seven; and he goes to destruction.

¹²The ten horns that you saw are ten kings who have received no kingdom as yet, but they receive authority as kings with the beast for one hour.

¹³These have one mind, and they give their power and authority to the beast.

¹⁴These will war against the Lamb, and the Lamb will overcome them, for he is Lord of Lords, and King of kings. Those who are with him are called, chosen and faithful." ¹⁵He said to me, "The waters which you saw, where the prostitute sits, are peoples, multitudes, nations, and languages.

¹⁶The ten horns which you saw, and the beast, these will hate the prostitute, will make her desolate, will strip her naked, will eat her flesh, and will burn her utterly with fire.

¹⁷For God has put in their hearts to do what he has in mind, to be of one mind, and to give their kingdom to the beast, until the words of God should be accomplished.

¹⁸The woman whom you saw is the great city, which reigns over the kings of the earth."
