Numbers Chapter 5

¹⁶The priest shall bring her near, and set her before ForeverOne; ¹⁷and the priest shall take holy water in an earthen vessel; and of the dust that is on the floor of the tabernacle the priest shall take, and put it into the water.

¹⁸The priest shall set the woman before ForeverOne, and let the hair of the woman's head go loose, and put the meal offering of memorial in her hands, which is the meal offering of jealousy. The priest shall have in his hand the water of bitterness that brings a curse.

¹⁹The priest shall cause her to swear, and shall tell the woman, "If no man has lain with you, and if you haven't gone aside to uncleanness, being under your husband, be free from this water of bitterness that brings a curse.

²⁰But if you have gone astray, being under your husband, and if you are defiled, and some man has lain with you besides your husband:" ²¹then the priest shall cause the woman to swear with the oath of cursing, and the priest shall tell the woman, "ForeverOne make you a curse and an oath among your people, when ForeverOne allows your thigh to fall away, and your body to swell; ²²and this water that brings a curse will go into your bowels, and make your body swell, and your thigh fall away." The woman shall say, "Amen, Amen." ²³"'The priest shall write these curses in a book, and he shall blot them out into the water of bitterness.

²⁴He shall make the woman drink the water of bitterness that causes the curse; and the water that causes the curse shall enter into her and become bitter.

²⁵The priest shall take the meal offering of jealousy out of the woman's hand, and shall wave the meal offering before ForeverOne, and bring it to the altar.

²⁶The priest shall take a handful of the meal offering, as its memorial, and burn it on the altar, and afterward shall make the woman drink the water.

²⁷When he has made her drink the water then, if she is defiled, and has committed a trespass against her husband, the water that causes the curse will enter into her and become bitter, and her body will swell, and her thigh will fall away: and the woman will be a curse among her people.

²⁸If the woman isn't defiled, but is clean; then she shall be free, and shall conceive offspring.

²⁹"'This is the law of jealousy, when a wife, being under her husband, goes astray, and is defiled; ³⁰or when the spirit of jealousy comes on a man, and he is jealous of his wife; then he shall set the woman before ForeverOne, and the priest shall execute on her all this law.

³¹The man shall be free from iniquity, and that woman shall bear her iniquity.'"

Jeremiah Chapter 16

¹The word of ForeverOne came also to me, saying, ²You shall not have a wife, neither shall you have sons or daughters, in this place.

³For thus says ForeverOne concerning the sons and concerning the daughters who are born in this place, and concerning their mothers who bore them, and concerning their fathers who became the father of them in this land: ⁴They shall die grievous deaths: they shall not be lamented, neither shall they be buried; they shall be as dung on the surface of the ground; and they shall be consumed by the sword, and by famine; and their dead bodies shall be food for the birds of the sky, and for the animals of the earth.

⁵For thus says ForeverOne, Don't enter into the house of mourning, neither go to lament, neither bemoan them; for I have taken away my peace from this people, says ForeverOne, even loving kindness and tender mercies.

⁶Both great and small shall die in this land; they shall not be buried, neither shall men lament for them, nor cut themselves, nor make themselves bald for them; ⁷neither shall men break [bread] for them in mourning, to comfort them for the dead; neither shall men give them the cup of consolation to drink for their father or for their mother.

⁸You shall not go into the house of feasting to sit with them, to eat and to drink.

⁹For thus says ForeverOne of Armies, the God of Israel: Behold, I will cause to cease out of this place, before your eyes and in your days, the voice of mirth and the voice of gladness, the voice of the bridegroom and the voice of the bride.

¹⁰When you shall show this people all these words, and they shall tell you, Why has ForeverOne pronounced all this great evil against us? or what is our iniquity? or what is our sin that we have committed against ForeverOne our God?

¹¹Then you shall tell them, Because your fathers have forsaken me, says ForeverOne, and have walked after other gods, and have served them, and have worshiped them, and have forsaken me, and have not kept my law; ¹²and you have done evil more than your fathers; for, behold, you walk every one after the stubbornness of his evil heart, so that you don't listen to me: ¹³therefore will I throw you forth out of this land into the land that you have not known, neither you nor your fathers; and there you shall serve other gods day and night; for I will show you no favor.

¹⁴Therefore, behold, the days come, says ForeverOne, that it shall no more be said, As ForeverOne lives, who brought up the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt; ¹⁵but, As ForeverOne lives, who brought up the children of Israel from the land of the north, and from all the countries where he had driven them. I will bring them again into their land that I gave to their fathers.

¹⁶Behold, I will send for many fishermen, says ForeverOne, and they shall fish them up; and afterward I will send for many hunters, and they shall hunt them from every mountain, and from every hill, and out of the clefts of the rocks.

¹⁷For my eyes are on all their ways; they are not hidden from my face, neither is their iniquity concealed from my eyes.

¹⁸First I will recompense their iniquity and their sin double, because they have polluted my land with the carcasses of their detestable things, and have filled my inheritance with their abominations.

¹⁹ForeverOne, my strength, and my stronghold, and my refuge in the day of affliction, to you shall the nations come from the ends of the earth, and shall say, Our fathers have inherited nothing but lies, [even] vanity and things in which there is no profit.

²⁰Shall a man make to himself gods, which yet are no gods?

²¹Therefore, behold, I will cause them to know, this once will I cause them to know my hand and my might; and they shall know that my name is ForeverOne.

Jeremiah Chapter 17

¹The sin of Judah is written with a pen of iron, [and] with the point of a diamond: it is engraved on the tablet of their heart, and on the horns of your altars; ²while their children remember their altars and their Asherim by the green trees on the high hills.

³My mountain in the field, I will give your substance and all your treasures for a spoil, [and] your high places, because of sin, throughout all your borders.

⁴You, even of yourself, shall discontinue from your heritage that I gave you; and I will cause you to serve your enemies in the land which you don't know: for you have kindled a fire in my anger which shall burn forever.

Psalm 71

¹In you, ForeverOne, I take refuge. Never let me be disappointed.

²Deliver me in your righteousness, and rescue me. Turn your ear to me, and save me.

³Be to me a rock of refuge to which I may always go. Give the command to save me, for you are my rock and my fortress.

⁴Rescue me, my God, from the hand of the wicked, from the hand of the unrighteous and cruel man.

⁵For you are my hope, LordOfMine ForeverOne; my confidence from my youth.

⁶I have relied on you from the womb. You are he who took me out of my mother's womb. I will always praise you.

⁷I am a marvel to many, but you are my strong refuge.

⁸My mouth shall be filled with your praise, with your honor all the day.

⁹Don't reject me in my old age. Don't forsake me when my strength fails.

¹⁰For my enemies talk about me. Those who watch for my soul conspire together, ¹¹saying, "God has forsaken him. Pursue and take him, for no one will rescue him." ¹²God, don't be far from me. My God, hurry to help me.

¹³Let my accusers be disappointed and consumed. Let them be covered with disgrace and scorn who want to harm me.

¹⁴But I will always hope, and will add to all of your praise.

¹⁵My mouth will tell about your righteousness, and of your salvation all day, though I don't know its full measure.

¹⁶I will come with the mighty acts of LordOfMine ForeverOne. I will make mention of your righteousness, even of yours alone.

¹⁷God, you have taught me from my youth. Until now, I have declared your wondrous works.

¹⁸Yes, even when I am old and gray-haired, God, don't forsake me, until I have declared your strength to the next generation, your might to everyone who is to come.

¹⁹Your righteousness also, God, reaches to the heavens; you have done great things. God, who is like you?

²⁰You, who have shown us many and bitter troubles, you will let me live. You will bring us up again from the depths of the earth.

²¹Increase my honor, and comfort me again.

²²I will also praise you with the harp for your faithfulness, my God. I sing praises to you with the lyre, Holy One of Israel.

²³My lips shall shout for joy! My soul, which you have redeemed, sings praises to you!

²⁴My tongue will also talk about your righteousness all day long, for they are disappointed, and they are confounded, who want to harm me.

Romans Chapter 13

⁸Owe no one anything, except to love one another; for he who loves his neighbor has fulfilled the law.

⁹For the commandments, "You shall not commit adultery," "You shall not murder," "You shall not steal," "You shall not give false testimony," "You shall not covet," and whatever other commandments there are, are all summed up in this saying, namely, "You shall love your neighbor as yourself." ¹⁰Love doesn't harm a neighbor. So love is the fulfillment of the law.

¹¹Do this, knowing the time, that it is already time for you to awaken out of sleep, for salvation is now nearer to us than when we first believed.

¹²The night is far gone, and the day is near. So let's throw off the actions of darkness, and let's put on the armor of light.

¹³Let's walk properly, as in the day; not in reveling and drunkenness, not in sexual promiscuity and lustful acts, and not in strife and jealousy.

¹⁴But put on the Lord Jesus AnointedOne, and make no provision for the flesh, for its lusts.

Romans Chapter 14

¹Now accept one who is weak in faith, but not for disputes over opinions.

²One man has faith to eat all things, but he who is weak eats only vegetables.

³Don't let him who eats despise him who doesn't eat. Don't let him who doesn't eat judge him who eats, for God has accepted him.

⁴Who are you who judge another's servant? To his own master he stands or falls. Yes, he will be made to stand, for God has power to make him stand.

⁵One man esteems one day as more important. Another esteems every day alike. Let each man be fully assured in his own mind.

⁶He who observes the day, observes it to the Lord; and he who does not observe the day, to the Lord he does not observe it. He who eats, eats to the Lord, for he gives God thanks. He who doesn't eat, to the Lord he doesn't eat, and gives God thanks.

⁷For none of us lives to himself, and none dies to himself.

⁸For if we live, we live to the Lord. Or if we die, we die to the Lord. So if we live or die, we are the Lord's.

⁹For to this end the AnointedOne died, rose, and lived again, that he might dominate both the dead and the living.

¹⁰But you, why do you judge your brother? Or you again, why do you despise your brother? For we will all stand before the judgment seat of the AnointedOne.

¹¹For it is written, "'As I live,' says ForeverOne, 'to me every knee will bow. Every tongue will confess to God.'" ¹²So then each one of us will give account of himself to God.
