26"'Also in the day of the first fruits, when you offer a new meal offering to TheIAM in your [feast of] weeks, you shall have a holy convocation; you shall do no servile work; 27but you shall offer a burnt offering for a pleasant aroma to TheIAM: two young bulls, one ram, seven male lambs a year old; 28and their meal offering, fine flour mixed with oil, three tenth parts for each bull, two tenth parts for the one ram, 29a tenth part for every lamb of the seven lambs; 30one male goat, to make atonement for you. 31Besides the continual burnt offering, and the meal offering of it, you shall offer them (they shall be to you without blemish), and their drink offerings.
1"'In the seventh month, on the first day of the month, you shall have a holy convocation; you shall do no servile work: it is a day of blowing of trumpets to you. 2You shall offer a burnt offering for a pleasant aroma to TheIAM: one young bull, one ram, seven male lambs a year old without blemish; 3and their meal offering, fine flour mixed with oil, three tenth parts for the bull, two tenth parts for the ram, 4and one tenth part for every lamb of the seven lambs; 5and one male goat for a sin offering, to make atonement for you; 6besides the burnt offering of the new moon, and the meal offering of it, and the continual burnt offering and the meal offering of it, and their drink offerings, according to their ordinance, for a pleasant aroma, an offering made by fire to TheIAM.
10Because, even because they have seduced my people, saying, Peace; and there is no peace; and when one builds up a wall, behold, they plaster it with whitewash: 11tell those who plaster it with whitewash, that it shall fall: there shall be an overflowing shower; and you, great hailstones, shall fall; and a stormy wind shall tear it. 12Behold, when the wall has fallen, shall it not be said to you, Where is the plaster with which you have plastered it? 13Therefore thus says the Lord TheIAM: I will even tear it with a stormy wind in my wrath; and there shall be an overflowing shower in my anger, and great hailstones in wrath to consume it. 14So will I break down the wall that you have plastered with whitewash, and bring it down to the ground, so that its foundation shall be uncovered; and it shall fall, and you shall be consumed in its midst: and you shall know that I am TheIAM. 15Thus will I accomplish my wrath on the wall, and on those who have plastered it with whitewash; and I will tell you, The wall is no more, neither those who plastered it; 16[to wit], the prophets of Israel who prophesy concerning Jerusalem, and who see visions of peace for her, and there is no peace, says the Lord TheIAM. 17You, son of man, set your face against the daughters of your people, who prophesy out of their own heart; and prophesy against them, 18and say, Thus says the Lord TheIAM: Woe to the women who sew pillows on all elbows, and make kerchiefs for the head of [persons of] every stature to hunt souls! Will you hunt the souls of my people, and save souls alive for yourselves? 19You have profaned me among my people for handfuls of barley and for pieces of bread, to kill the souls who should not die, and to save the souls alive who should not live, by your lying to my people who listen to lies. 20Therefore thus says the Lord TheIAM: Behold, I am against your pillows, with which you there hunt the souls to make [them] fly, and I will tear them from your arms; and I will let the souls go, even the souls whom you hunt to make [them] fly. 21Your kerchiefs also will I tear, and deliver my people out of your hand, and they shall be no more in your hand to be hunted; and you shall know that I am TheIAM. 22Because with lies you have grieved the heart of the righteous, whom I have not made sad; and strengthened the hands of the wicked, that he should not return from his wicked way, and be saved alive: 23Therefore you shall no more see false visions, nor practice divination. I will deliver my people out of your hand; and you shall know that I am TheIAM.
1Then came certain of the elders of Israel to me, and sat before me. 2The word of TheIAM came to me, saying, 3Son of man, these men have taken their idols into their heart, and put the stumbling block of their iniquity before their face: should I be inquired of at all by them? 4Therefore speak to them, and tell them, Thus says the Lord TheIAM: Every man of the house of Israel who takes his idols into his heart, and puts the stumbling block of his iniquity before his face, and comes to the prophet; I TheIAM will answer him therein according to the multitude of his idols; 5that I may take the house of Israel in their own heart, because they are all estranged from me through their idols. 6Therefore tell the house of Israel, Thus says the Lord TheIAM: Return, and turn yourselves from your idols; and turn away your faces from all your abominations. 7For everyone of the house of Israel, or of the strangers who live in Israel, who separates himself from me, and takes his idols into his heart, and puts the stumbling block of his iniquity before his face, and comes to the prophet to inquire for himself of me; I TheIAM will answer him by myself: 8and I will set my face against that man, and will make him an astonishment, for a sign and a proverb, and I will cut him off from the midst of my people; and you shall know that I am TheIAM. 9If the prophet is deceived and speak a word, I, TheIAM, have deceived that prophet, and I will stretch out my hand on him, and will destroy him from the midst of my people Israel. 10They shall bear their iniquity: the iniquity of the prophet shall be even as the iniquity of him who seeks [to him]; 11that the house of Israel may go no more astray from me, neither defile themselves any more with all their transgressions; but that they may be my people, and I may be their God, says the Lord TheIAM.
1Praise IAM! Praise TheIAM from the heavens! Praise him in the heights! 2Praise him, all his angels! Praise him, all his army! 3Praise him, sun and moon! Praise him, all you shining stars! 4Praise him, you heavens of heavens, You waters that are above the heavens. 5Let them praise the name of TheIAM, For he commanded, and they were created. 6He has also established them forever and ever. He has made a decree which will not pass away. 7Praise TheIAM from the earth, you great sea creatures, and all depths! 8Lightning and hail, snow and clouds; stormy wind, fulfilling his word; 9mountains and all hills; fruit trees and all cedars; 10wild animals and all livestock; small creatures and flying birds; 11kings of the earth and all peoples; princes and all judges of the earth; 12both young men and maidens; old men and children: 13let them praise the name of TheIAM, for his name alone is exalted. His glory is above the earth and the heavens. 14He has lifted up the horn of his people, the praise of all his saints; even of the children of Israel, a people near to him. Praise IAM!
1Praise TheIAM! Sing to TheIAM a new song, his praise in the assembly of the saints. 2Let Israel rejoice in him who made them. Let the children of Zion be joyful in their King. 3Let them praise his name in the dance! Let them sing praises to him with tambourine and harp! 4For TheIAM takes pleasure in his people. He crowns the humble with salvation. 5Let the saints rejoice in honor. Let them sing for joy on their beds. 6May the high praises of God be in their mouths, and a two-edged sword in their hand; 7To execute vengeance on the nations, and punishments on the peoples; 8To bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron; 9to execute on them the written judgment. All his saints have this honor. Praise IAM!
1Therefore, my brothers, dear and longed for, my joy and crown, so stand firm in the Lord, my dear-ones. 2I exhort Euodia, and I exhort Syntyche, to think the same way in the Lord. 3Yes, I beg you also, true yokefellow, help these women, for they labored with me in the Good News, with Clement also, and the rest of my fellow workers, whose names are in the book of life. 4Rejoice in the Lord always! Again I will say, Rejoice! 5Let your gentleness be known to all men. The Lord is at hand. 6In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. 7And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in AnointedOne Jesus. 8Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things. 9The things which you learned, received, heard, and saw in me: do these things, and the God of peace will be with you. 10But I rejoice in the Lord greatly, that now at length you have revived your thought for me; in which you did indeed take thought, but you lacked opportunity. 11Not that I speak in respect to lack, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content in it. 12I know how to be humbled, and I know also how to abound. In everything and in all things I have learned the secret both to be filled and to be hungry, both to abound and to be in need. 13I can do all things through the AnointedOne, who strengthens me. 14However you did well that you shared in my affliction. 15You yourselves also know, you Philippians, that in the beginning of the Good News, when I departed from Macedonia, no assembly shared with me in the matter of giving and receiving but you only. 16For even in Thessalonica you sent once and again to my need. 17Not that I seek for the gift, but I seek for the fruit that increases to your account. 18But I have all things, and abound. I am filled, having received from Epaphroditus the things that came from you, a sweet-smelling fragrance, an acceptable and well-pleasing sacrifice to God. 19My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in AnointedOne Jesus. 20Now to our God and Father be the glory forever and ever! Amen. 21Greet every saint in AnointedOne Jesus. The brothers who are with me greet you. 22All the saints greet you, especially those who are of Caesar's household. 23The grace of the Lord Jesus AnointedOne be with you all. Amen.
